On September 23, 2022, the Hon\u2019ble Union Minister of State, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Gov. of India,\u00a0Smt.\u00a0Renuka\u00a0Singh Saruta\u00a0visited\u00a0NEG-FIRE\u00a0MTB-MLE resource lab\u00a0in Vishakhapatnam, A.P.\u00a0NEG-FIRE\u00a0 set up the Center\u00a0for Tribal Language and Policy & MTB-MLE Resource Lab\u00a0in collaboration with\u00a0Tribal Cultural Research & Training Institute (TCR & TM), Andhra Pradesh.<\/p>\n

During the visit, our team members Poonam Verma,\u00a0MIS Coordinator, and\u00a0Manibabu Manukonda\u00a0showcased NEG-FIRE\u00a0developed publications and contextual Teaching Learning Materials.<\/p>\n

Later, Poonam happily narrated, \u201cAs a member of\u00a0NEG-FIRE, I\u00a0feel so proud\u00a0that our work was appreciated\u00a0by the Hon\u2019ble Minister.\u00a0We were overwhelmed by her interest in our\u00a0contextual TLMs\u201d.<\/p>\n
