Dr. Shailendra Awale is a medical graduate, management specialist, and policy analyst. He has been involved with movements of the socially excluded for their rights and entitlements for the last 25 years across India. Presently, he provides accompaniment support to organisations on social enterprises, institutional development, and personal excellence. He serves on the governing boards of Vision Spring India, Rural Gospel, and Medical Missions of India.

He has worked in the ecumenical sector, served as Chief Coordinator of CNI SBSS, Head of the Policy Advocacy Group of CMAI, and on the governance of ACT Alliance of WCC and the Diocese of Delhi CNI as Honorary Treasurer.

Abp. Elias Gonsalves

Born in Chulna village, Maharashtra, on July 4, 1961, Bishop Gonsalves studied at St. Xavier's High School, Manickpur. After obtaining a Bachelor's degree in History and Economics from the University of Bombay in 1982, he joined St. Pius X College, Goregaon, Mumbai. Bishop Gonsalves specialized in Community Based Development and Leadership from St. Francis Xavier University, Coady Institute, Canada, and did studies in Counselling. As a priest he was engaged in various capacities in parishes, youth ministry, social work and education.

He has been In Charge of Catholic Education in Western Region Catholic Bishop Council (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa). He was a main instrument in forming Western Region Catholic Foundation For Education (WRCFE) as Registered Company under Companies Act 2013.

Brother Abraham Kadliyil Abraham

Abraham Kadliyil Abraham is member of the Religious Society of Franciscan Missionary Brothers. He has his MA and Doctoral Degree from the Graduate Theological Union, Berkeley, California. After his studies he has rendered services in various capacities to religious and human developmental activities of his Religious Society including the principal of Vidya Deep College, Bangalore, the provincial of Delhi province of the Religious Society, Chairman of ChildLine Jhansi, and the vice-president of Conference of Religious India. At present, Abraham Kadliyil Abraham is the Director of St. Francis School, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Sister Inigo Joachim

Inigo is a post-graduate from Presidency College, Chennai. After her teaching profession for 4 years, she did her formators' course in Pune (India) followed by her appointment as Formator of Novices for 3 years. Then she went to Cliftenville - England to do her studies in Spirituality and Counselling.

After her return to India, she became the Secretary to Superior General. Then she was elected twice to be the Superior General of St. Anne's Congregation, Chennai from 1990 – 1996 and 1996 - 2002.

She was elected by National CRI (Conference of Religious-India) – Women section as the Secretary for two terms from 1992 - 1998.

She was the only delegate elected by South Asian women religious to be at the Synod of Bishops in Rome in 1994 on "Vita Consecrata". In 2000 – the Jubilee Year, she was the only woman religious to address the gathering of "Yesu Kristu Jayanthi" in Bangalore and subsequently the resource person at National CRI Assembly held in Chennai.

In February, 2008, she was the only woman religious invited to address the CBCI at Jaedpur on the theme: "Scriptural and Theological foundation for the empowerment of women".

She is also invited by Priests and various religious Congregations and the laity and Conferences of Religious, both in India and other Asian Countries to preach retreats, facilitate Chapters, conduct Leadership seminars, sessions on Women Empowerment and Consecrated Life and formation programmes.
