We are a team of 23 professionals, working in 6 state Offices, driven towards the upliftment of children from marginalised communities in India through the provision of quality education. We find our strength in our staff. There are 3 ways in which you could join us:

We are always on the look-out for individuals who are energetic, creative and committed to the work we do. We welcome individuals and groups from different backgrounds, with varied interests and expertise, to come and volunteer with us and be united by a common mission to transform lives through education.
From researching, planning and implementing programmes, monitoring and evaluating them, coordinating between different teams, communicating our activities and stories to our partners and other stakeholders, sharing it on the social media - working with NEG FIRE can be an enriching and rewarding experiencing.
