The Hon’ble Union MoS, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Gov. of India, Smt. Renuka Singh Saruta visits NEG-FIRE MTB-MLE resource lab in Vishakhapatnam

On September 23, 2022, the Hon’ble Union Minister of State, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Gov. of India, Smt. Renuka Singh Saruta visited NEG-FIRE MTB-MLE resource lab in Vishakhapatnam, A.P. NEG-FIRE  set up the Center for Tribal Language and Policy & MTB-MLE Resource Lab in collaboration with Tribal Cultural Research & Training Institute (TCR & TM), Andhra Pradesh.

During the visit, our team members Poonam Verma, MIS Coordinator, and Manibabu Manukonda showcased NEG-FIRE developed publications and contextual Teaching Learning Materials.

Later, Poonam happily narrated, “As a member of NEG-FIRE, I feel so proud that our work was appreciated by the Hon’ble Minister. We were overwhelmed by her interest in our contextual TLMs”.
